V-shaped blades allow you to make thick and thin julienne slices for fries or garnishes, as well as slice in 3 different thicknesses. Made from lightweight stainless steel, it features ultra-sharp blades and folding non-slip feet. It comes with a hand guard/food holder to securely hold food in place whilst protecting fingers as you slice, and blade storage rack for safe storage of the interchangeable blades.
