Trusted Homewares Returns & Refunds Policy

At Trusted Homewares, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Return Notification

We ask that you notify Trusted Homewares of any issues with your order as soon as possible after delivery. Prompt notification helps us resolve the matter quickly.

Eligible Returns

You may be entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if:

• The product is faulty or not of acceptable quality.

• The product is not fit for its intended purpose.

• The product does not match the description provided on our Site.

• The product is covered under a manufacturer’s warranty.

Change of mind returns are not available unless required by law.
