The long 150 mm surfaces make for faster sharpening and the handle protects your fingers from the sharp edge. The sharpener has both a fine and a course side of 600 or 300 grit (30 or 60 micron diamonds). Dianova Lapstones proven manufacturing process has been used since 1993 to guarantee an even, hardwearing surface with an unequalled number of diamonds per square millimetre.
Total length: 270 mm, Blade width: 20 mm, Blade thickness: 3 mm, Diamond surfaces: 150 * 19 mm monocrystalline diamonds of the highest quality rating.
The handle is made of plastic and blade of 1.5 mm stainless spring steel.
