Take the Mora Fire Starter with you wherever you go. Can be used on the spine of knives and other steel objects that are ground at 90 degrees. The protective coating needs to scraped off the fire starter before use. Using a bit of pressure pull the fire steel across the spine of the knife using a slow stroke. This will create a shower of 3000 C sparks, making it easy to start a fire in any kind of weather. Will work in rainy or snowy conditions. Can be used to ignite gas appliances and for emergency signals. This fire steel will yield up to 7000 strokes.
