The blade and bolster has been thermally treated by a sub-zero process, assuring mean hardness levels of 56HRc. By applying heat treatment to the Professional Master blades, it ensure the proper resistance to edge wear is achieved making this the ideal knife and sharpener for boning and filleting fish.
The handles of the Professional Master line offers MicrobanA antibacterial protection, which inhibits and decreases bacteria and fungi growth. That means cleaner products for a longer time, providing hygienic benefits and decreasing the population of contaminating microorganisms. During product manufacturing, antibacterial technology is incorporated into handle injection, lasting for their entire working life.
